Unfortunately, Tom had to work. Kate & Norah made the best of the day by heading down to the beach house for a July 4th celebration with the Quinn family.
Norah looked very cute in her red, white & blue outfit with her "sparkers" in her hair.
As usual, Norah enjoyed running around and playing with her cousins.
We had hoped to go to the Fireworks in Fall River but it was obvious when we got home from the beach house that Norah had had enough.
