Finally Feels Like Summer

Saturday morning we headed to Gramma Pat's house for a shrimp boil (apparently red tide is limiting clam availability). Norah was well outfitted; bringing her sunglasses & sand toys and wearing her new bathing suit.

 

Gramma Pat had pinwheels for both kids. Norah calls hers a "windy." Practical child!

 

Initially, there was a power struggle about shoes so Norah couldn't play in the river water. She settled for Gramma's fountain. No shoes required.

 

After getting more comfortable in a new place, Norah agreed to wear her shoes. She and Daddy had fun wadding in the water.
