9 Months Old

Norah is 9 months old today. She has now been on the outside longer that she was inside. She has been sitting her highchair for meals and has started eating some finger foods like Cheerios and pizza crusts. She continues to cruise across the furniture like it's no big deal. Lately, we catch her standing up without holding on. This has been happening more often and at times she looks like she is trying to take a step. Perhaps an early walker in the making....

Norah continues to do well at swimming lessons. She is very comfortable in the water. She weighs about 17 pounds and is still wearing 6 mo. and 6-9 mo. clothing. She is a little peanut but she eats (and creates waste) quite well so we are not concerned about her size. She continues to explore and keeps finding things we haven't childproofed. This past weekend Norah had a sleep over at Nannie & Nonno's house. She had fun with her aunt and uncles. She was "Good as gold," Nannie said.
