5 Months Old

Today Norah is 5 months old. She continues to learn new things as she explores her world. She is much more interested in toys now and pretty much any thing she can get her hands on. Favorite items to grab include (but are not limited to) mommy's glasses, the remote control, placemats and restaurant menus. She is arching her back alot lately which means we have to be more careful when holding her. She is reaching and grabbing at everything, and no matter the size, trying to put it in her mouth. Norah isn't crawling, but she can get around on the floor by rolling and by squirming on her belly. Keeping her on a blanket vs. the carpet is a challenge. I sense I will soon be posting about putting up the gates.
Norah has created her own daily routine so nap times and feeding times are becoming a bit more predictable. Wow! She has grown a lot in 5 months! Stay tuned for Halloween costume photos.
